Grade 9 Honors English - Honors

  • DUE MONDAY, APRIL 10, 2017

    1.  Listen and respond to William Blake’s “Tyger, Tyger”, answering at the following:

What is the Tyger or what does it represent?

Who or what created the Tyger? What does the poem tell you about the artist and its ability to create?

The first and last stanzas are almost identical with the exception of one word. Why do you think that is?

There are thirteen question marks, and only one complete sentence that doesn’t end with one. Why?

    2.  Create an artistic representation (image) of the poem through a medium of your choice.
