The Monadnock Regional Fish and Game Club connects students with volunteer projects sponsored by New Hampshire Department of Fish and Game , US Fish and Wildlife, Delta Waterfowl Foundation, and Cheshire County Fish and Game. These projects include the salmon restoration project, the pheasant stocking project, Colby College Grey Fox project,and Fish and Game Mast Survey. Members participate in the monthly meetings of the Fish and Game Commissioner offering input and gaining perspective. Traditional knowlege involved in hunting, fishing and trapping is combined with best management practices and natural resource management policy. Trap shooting, flytying, reloading,lure making, turkey, deer, and predator calling are topics covered.
