R Parent presented bids from
3 contractors for repair stage curtain .

Kenyon 2°d by K Cota to add 10%o contingency fund to Steelman
bid. PASSED
Passed over report on oil
tank repair R Parent reported on school security funding and grants and none
were available at this time.
Also reported the cost for
entry card reader and soft wear was $4,390.00 and that each additional reader
would be $2,000.00 and $3.50 for each card There was
discussion on roof repair, Ron thought that the gym was the priority roof.
Repair of bleachers would cost $4'7,000.00
some discussion but no action taken: no action on request for ice skating rink
