Motion to approve minutes from March 28th C. Dreyfuss – 2^nd J. Kenyon - Passed

Public Comments: NA

Discussion of 3 bids for domestic hot water system.

Stromgren $22,949.00

Keating - $35,973.00

Economy - $39,069.00

Motion by C. Dreyfuss to accept bid of $22,949.00 plus 10% contingence from Stromgren Co. to do the Domestic Hot Water System repair at Monadnock Middle/High School. – 2^nd J. Kenyon - Passed.
