Facilities Committee Minutes

11/2/06

Committee members present: Karen Cota, Colline Dreyfuss, Jon Kenyon, Tim Peloquin

Committee members absent: Tim Aho, Jason Hill, Chuck Johnson

Also present: Ron Parent, Dick Bauries

Meeting called to order: 7:00pm

Discussion of RFP presented by Ron Parent: A brief look through and agreement for Ron to send out RFP’s to architects. Responses from architects would be back in December

Stage update: Ron is working on getting the three required bids for the stage repair. He will be meeting with the last one this week.

Oil tanks/Boiler update: Mike Pratt is mostly working on this project and all Ron could report to us is that they are working on getting the oil tanks procedures agreed upon and proceed with obtaining the required three bids.

We also discussed the 07/08 Project list and the committee will be waiting for Ron to complete the estimates.

The committee is still discussing the warrant articles they wish to have next March. No final decisions were made.
