Facilities Committee

Minutes 1/31/07

Present: Karen Cota, Colline Dreyfuss, Jon Kenyon, Tim Pelquin, Katie Chambers, Jerry Mazza

Absent: Chuck Johnson

Meeting called to order at 5:30pm. Katie reported to the Committee about the oil boiler at Emerson, and heard about the Troy sewer back up.

6:00pm the first architect, Dennis Mires gave us a brief description of his firm. Then the committee proceeded to ask their questions.

7:00pm, Dennis Mires leaves and Banwell Architect arrives. Banwell gave us a brief description and we proceeded with our questions.

8:00pm Banwell leaves and the Committee discuss briefly their thoughts and schedules another meeting for 2/7/07 @ 6:00pm.
